About the role
We’re seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to patients in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of an RN or therapist and help ensure safe, high quality, and consistent care.
What you'll bring
- Meets state required education/experience for HHAs
- Active state certification/licensure in good standing
- Strong physical stamina and mental health
- Clear pre employment health screening (including TB test/X ray as required)
- Able to read and follow written instructions, capable of accurate documentation
- Self directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Current CPR certification
- Flexible, patient, professional, and maintains excellent personal hygiene
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle per Lorian Health requirements
- Meets federal training/competency program requirements (CFR 484.36)
- 1 year of Home Health experience
Benefits
· Mileage reimbursementPay per visit ranges from $25 to $35 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
