About the role
We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead end‑to‑end engineered packaging projects across Vehicle and Energy platforms. This role will partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that ensure efficient delivery of parts without compromising quality or manufacturability.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Design, or equivalent
- Strong CAD and technical drawing skills (GD&T, tolerance stack‑up analysis)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, injection molding)
- Knowledge of materials (aluminum, steel, composites, foam, etc.)
- Experience designing to standards (ASTM, Mil‑Spec)
- Strong understanding of packaging testing and validation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
