About the role
ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician to join our growing team in an onsite position in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As an Industrial Engineering Technician, you will have the opportunity to support process improvement, production efficiency, and operational performance across manufacturing and production operations through data collection, time studies, workflow analysis, setup of 5S stations, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Plant Manager.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for production data analysis and KPI reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and observe production areas for extended periods and follow all required safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Advanced Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
- Two to five years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, process improvement, or a related technical environment preferred.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, time studies, Standard Work, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methods preferred.
- experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360 preferred.
