About the role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Mobile Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service, as you will represent our company in the field. The primary duties will include:

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• RVIA/RVDA certification or other relevant industry certifications (preferred)
• Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software (preferred).
• Familiarity with warranty repair processes and documentation (preferred).
• RV experience preferred.
