About the role

All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the starting pay for this position is 95,132.68 annually.

What you'll bring

• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences.
• Active Washington State Department of Health Licensure in the State of Washington.
• Five years of experience post master’s degree providing direct treatment services in behavioral health care with children, youth, families, and/or adults with serious emotional or mental health and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Experience with crisis intervention, including risk assessments.
• Two years of experience supervising employee.s
• Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license, be able to pass a motor vehicle screening and driving test, have active car insurance, and be willing to use their personal vehicle in the course of work.
• The ability to drive a vehicle, traverse distances up to several city blocks and on various terrains, navigate stairs, get in and out of vehicles frequently is required.
• Designated Crisis Responder in Washington State and experience implementing Washington State’s Involuntary Treatment Act.
• Experience in Co-Response with law enforcement, fire, EMTs, and/or other first responders.
• Competency in developing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying programs.
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied, backgrounds, trauma experiences, cultures, education level and socio-economic status.
• Able to communicate and provide community presentations in a variety of venues.
