About the role

As a Tecovas Sales Associate you will bring an immersive Tecovas retail experience to Bass Pro Shops’ customers to support the store leadership team in creating an environment centered on delivering an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, customizing, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking and overall shopkeeping.

• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
