- Knowledge of data base administration (Access, Fox Pro, Oracle, SQL), spreadsheet, and word processing software required (i.e. Excel and Word).
- Additional familiarity with e-mail, AS400, JD Edwards and strong computer skills a must.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must be very detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal, communication and team based skills.
- Strong math and language skills are critical for success.
- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver is a required asset.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the LMS system.
- Must have a strong understanding of the Logistics' dynamics.

- College degree preferred.
