The Vehicle Maintenance department, which is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safety devices of all Steamboat Ski & Resort’s motorized equipment is looking for a Slope Vehicle Shop Supervisor. If you have an interest in the root operations that keep a ski area running with mechanical and team experience related to heavy equipment, snowcat, vehicle, bus, and/or small engines, this might be the right fit for you! What you'll bring

• 5+ years’ experience required
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system proficiency with associated diagrams
• Appropriate toolset
• Self-motivated and goal orientated
• Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, guests, and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards
• Consistent role model for company’s Service Excellence standards
• High School Diploma or GED
• The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position.
• Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
• The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees.
