About the role

As a Middle/Senior System Integration Engineer, you will work across engineering, software, and customer-facing teams to ensure that all system components function together efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable standards. As a Middle/Senior System Integration Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our product teams and end‑users.

What you'll bring

• 2-5+ years of engineering experience in large‑scale energy storage, power systems, or related fields.
• Proven track record integrating, and commissioning battery‑based storage solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control‑system logic.
• Proficiency to interpret and analyze software code (firmware, control-logic scripts, configuration files) to verify that embedded BMS and cloud-interface implementations meet functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong analytical mindset, and comfort with field troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Work with BMS Software, and Cloud teams to align firmware updates, data‑analytics integration, and remote monitoring capabilities.
• Develop and execute commissioning test plans (factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, performance verification).
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Assist project managers with schedules and risk assessments
• provide technical status updates to stakeholders.
