About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Strategic Operations Associate to join our Supply Planning team. This role can be based in New York, NY or Sunnyvale, TX. The role will be responsible ensuring we have a robust operational execution plan to deliver our global upcoming program schedule. Will partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Brand, Project Management, and Operations to develop and implement strategies that align investment decisions with available operational capacity and levers. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to support high-impact initiatives.
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Finance, or Analytics
- Systems Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills (modelling and scenario analysis)
- Analytical Skills: Experience building planning models, capacity planning, forecasting and/or operational performance analysis.
- Ability to translate data output into recommendations / insights.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to cross-functional leadership groups
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, ownership mindset, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing deadlines based on business needs
