About the role

The Ad-Technology Lead, leads specialists to deliver advertising products and support the ad-operations team. You will work closely with other teams to implement new products, formats, and iterations of products within our ad server (GAM) environment to support media growth targets and key objectives. Your role will also see you working on a diverse range of strategic projects using the latest technologies in the digital advertising space.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience creating, managing, and optimising campaigns across display, video, native, and rich media formats.
• Strong grasp of the programmatic landscape - DSP/SSP dynamics, deal structures, and ad serving fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex ad tech issues across multiple platforms and environments.
• A curious problem-solver who digs for root causes and doesn't rest until client expectations are exceeded.
• A natural collaborator comfortable forming strong relationships across commercial, product, and tech teams.
