About the role

The Technical Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end engagement of major equipment and associated services for CDC Developments. This role ensures the provision of services and equipment that meet high standards of quality, reliability, and operational scalability, while securing optimal commercial terms to achieve business objectives.

What you'll bring

• This role would be suitable for someone with strong commercial and technical understanding across construction, industrial facilities, or large‑scale services environments.
• We are open to candidates from a mechanical, electrical, or ICT/OT background, that are looking to further their career within the procurement field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues across diverse engineering, construction, and supplier stakeholders.
• Capable of maintaining strong client relationships and supporting delivery outcomes that meet satisfaction and performance targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for analysing costs, schedules, and procurement data.
