- 8+ years of senior-level Sales and Marketing experience in the medical device industry, specifically in distribution network management.
- Proven ability to lead teams with deep business acumen and a track record of converting market trends into successful commercial activities.
- Strong understanding of hospital procedure room environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a medical-related field required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A deep understanding of the cultures, customs, and traditions within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel >50%.
- Ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
