About the role
The Business & Tax Advisory team team supports clients to look ahead to see how their business decisions can be affected by tax legislation and plan for their continued business success and growth. We work with a range of clients across a range of sectors including private and listed businesses, high net wealth, family groups, start- ups, early-stage high growth businesses, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational businesses. As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the team, combining client ownership, strategic advisory, and people leadership to drive both client and business outcomes. You build trusted relationships and communicate with impact at all levels
What you'll bring
- Proven experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within a professional services or advisory environment
- Strong background in private business tax, accounting, and advisory services
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and stakeholder relationships
- Track record of leading, coaching and developing teams
- Experience across a mix of compliance and advisory work, including structuring and mid-market client issues
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to contribute to business development and growth initiatives
- CA/CPA completed.
