Customers love shopping in our stores due to these exceptional interactions. As a Keyholder, you will help bring our company values to life by creating a service-first culture on the sales floor and supporting smooth store operations. You’ll act as a role model for your peers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching in the moment, and upholding operational excellence. As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring the store reflects our brand standards and values in every interaction.
What you'll bring
- 18 years of age or older
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
- A proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
- A desire to grow your leadership skills
- Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
- Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak business days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays), holidays, and evening and opening shifts
