Position level is flexible from Sr. Manager to Director depending on how well you can prove your value. The right person for this role will become a trusted “change agent” and true strategic partner with the business in translating its issues and challenges into specific people or HR solutions designed to help grow the business and provide a positive shopping experience for its customers.
