About the role

We are seeking an IT Product Manager, HCM and ERP to join our General and Administrative IT team, supporting our global HCM and ERP systems in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration and continuous enhancement of technology solutions across the full delivery lifecycle while collaborating with Japan-based business collaborators and global G&A IT teams. What you'll bring

• 6+ years as a technical lead or systems analyst focused on HCM systems, or equivalent ERP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Time and Absence, Core HCM, Compensation), or Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) covering Finance, OTC, and Procurement.
• 8+ years facilitating and supporting requirements traceability during testing phases such as SIT and UAT.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Business-level English communication skills, written and spoken.
