About the role

This role leads commercial growth for Analytics, Customer Experience (CX), and Data Solutions in Japan. As Director, Commercial Lead, you will shape client demand, build senior relationships, and translate Kantar’s global capabilities into locally relevant, scalable revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will connect analytics‑led solutions, CX programmes, and data integration offerings into clear commercial propositions. You will work closely with clients and collaborate across global analytics teams, growth functions, and client service partners to build sustained market impact.
