About the role

We’re looking for someone who’s fired up by our mission and ready to build. You’ll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You’ll report to our Director of Commercial Programs and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or partnerships-focused role
• Proficient at communication, project estimation, and technical discussion
• Experience with technical sales / sales pipeline development
• Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports to inform strategy
• Prior experience with pricing strategies and discovery
• Strong negotiation abilities for managing critical contracts and partnerships
• Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
• Experience in marine sales or marine construction projects
• Power systems solutions (diesel, natural gas, hybrid, electric powertrains)
• Passion for boating and clean energy
