You can expect to learn, be  challenged,  and be encouraged to grow and develop throughout your career.     This  role  can  be based out of  Boston,  MA  or Troy, MI.   Key  R esponsibilities :   • Desi g ning analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical  analysis  and process mapping  in order to  meet project  goals   • Conducting analyses  utilizing  assumption testing and sensitivity analysis   • Gathering research by conducting interviews, searching literature or the Internet and interpreting survey results   • Summarizing research findings   • Authoring client presentations and other deliverables   • Presenting findings to clients and to senior consulting staff   Qualifications:   • A  bachelor’s  degree from a top tier university   • 2-3  years of experience in strategy consulting   • Outstanding analytical abilities   • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal   • Advanced   skills  within Excel and PowerPoint   • E xperience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets   • Able to conduct analyses  utilizing  assumption testing and sensitivity analysis   • A professional demeano r   • Strong  organizational, multi‐tasking, and time management skills   • Willingness to travel as travel is an integral part of this  role   • Familiarity with programming languages Python, R,  SQL  o r statistical packages is  preferred   • Pricing  experience  or experience managing revenue components such as discounts, promotions, rebates, loyalty programs  is  preferred   Compensation The estimated base salary range for this role is $ 9 0 ,000 –  $ 115,000 annually.  Exact compensation is  determined  based upon qualifications, experience, and location. Co nsultant s are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.     Please Note: We encourage all our staff to work from a Ducker Carlisle office as often as is  feasible ; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3-4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.      Ducker Carlisle is an equal opportunity employer.
