Wilson Elser's Tyler office is looking for a General Liability Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges. The Associate will gain experience with and exposure to practice areas including general liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, premises & product liability, property rights, transportation and labor & employment litigation.

What you'll bring

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas
• 2+ years experience
• Superior communication, writing, analytical and research skills.
• Preparing discovery requests, objections and responses to discovery requests, and motions and briefing relating to discovery disputes.
• Experience with litigation involving general liability, construction, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred.
• Handling court appearances and depositions a plus.
