About the role
Reliant at Home is seeking a PRN Hospice RN Case Manager to cover Tyler and surrounding areas.
What you'll bring
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Association or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current license as a registered nurse (RN) and/or accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), current Driver’s License.
- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
- Proof of current CPR.
- Must read, write and comprehend English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid and current auto liability insurance.
- Good interpersonal skills preferred in palliation of end-of-life.
- Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred
- hospice preferred.
