About the role
Position Purpose: The Maintenance Technician - Automation is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of assembly, subassembly, printing, and/or packaging machines. $25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in a technical, hands-on position
- Experience with complex assembly automation required
- Experience in electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Ability to push and pull items and climb up and down ladders
- Ability to stand and/or walk up to constantly during the shift
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to work independently from verbal and/or written instructions required
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Must be mechanically inclined and can use basic hand tools
- Must have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
