About the role
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking Engagement Managers to join its Launch Excellence (LEx) practice. Engagement Managers lead strategic launch engagements for life sciences clients, providing day-to-day oversight of client relationships, project teams, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. The role is focused on orchestrating cross-functional client teams through complex, often ambiguous commercialization journeys and ensuring engagements deliver against defined business outcomes. Engagement Managers serve as the main client point of contact at the brand lead and VP level, set the operating pace for the engagement, and direct a group of Consultants and Associate Consultants. They also mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and help shape Trinity's launch methodology. The position offers qualified candidates broad exposure to high-impact launch programs across therapeutic areas.
