About the role

Xometry is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Analytics – Business Trends & Sourcing Operation to join our team. You will leverage data, analytics, and strategic insights to help drive growth and operational excellence across Xometry's AI powered marketplace. You will partner with leaders across Sourcing, Financial Services, Product, Partner Operations, and Finance to identify emerging business trends, evaluate strategic initiatives, and develop analytical frameworks that improve marketplace performance. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics.

What you'll bring

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, business analytics, operations analytics, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasting models, and executive dashboards
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational performance measurement, and business trend analysis
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, or Strategy teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data and storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
