About the role

As a key member of our group, you'll play a pivotal role in conducting assays to support drug development of biologics and small molecule compounds t hat support cellular resilience throughout the aging process .

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years post-graduation research experience
• E xperience in designing, executing, and interpreting cell-based assays
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships in a small team setting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Broad knowledge of cellular growth /stress p athways
• Strong molecular and cell biology skills with ability to intuitively troubleshoot and optimize complex assays
• Experience with biologics
• Highly s elf-driven with the ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced research environment
