What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum five years of lending experience with a minimum of two years of experience as a commissioned mortgage loan officer with proven production volume.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Must have a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).
- Must have or develop a thorough understanding of all types of mortgage products.
- Experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job, including systems related to deposit and loan products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must have the ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and job related state and federal laws and regulations.
