The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The core of the DFO’s culture is built around meaningful work and meaningful relationships and the family’s commitment to giving back. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. The Tax Department oversees tax compliance for the clients of the family office. This includes a wide array of areas, including investment and business entities as well as individual, philanthropic and trust reporting. The Tax Department also plays a key role working with other Departments at the DFO in planning and implementing new strategies and structures for our clients. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for sophisticated tax compliance and related planning for the DFO, its clients, and related entities.
What you'll bring
- 12+ years of recent experience with tax compliance, related research, and planning for high-net-worth individuals, flow-through entities, and trusts within a public accounting firm, family office, or wealth management tax department.
- 5+ years of managerial experience with oversight of tax compliance processes, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA and/or JD preferred.
