About the role
Olsson specializes in providing multidisciplinary, preliminary, and construction design services for a diverse range of land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments, industrial facilities, sports venues, schools, and various site development types. We are committed to positively impacting communities through innovative and sustainable solutions. As a Civil Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance/quality control for the team, providing senior level design review for the team, and attending client meetings. You will direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects. You may also travel to job sites at different stages in construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
What you'll bring
