About the role
Pneu-Dart is looking for a Customer Care Provider (CCP) to join our team and become an important connection between our customers and our company. This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll learn our products, build relationships with customers, collaborate with team members across the company, and have opportunities to represent Pneu-Dart at industry events and trade shows throughout the year. As a Customer Care Provider, you'll help ensure our customers receive the knowledgeable, responsive, and professional support they expect from Pneu-Dart. You'll answer questions, assist with customer needs, coordinate information, and work with other members of our team to create a positive customer experience from start to finish. We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, pays attention to details, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You should be comfortable working directly with customers, collaborating with a team, learning new products, and occasionally traveling on behalf of the company.

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ideally possesses 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
