What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience successfully driving change and transformation
- Knowledge of and experience in applying lean in a variety of transactional and shop floor
