About the role
The Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington (GLOW) opened its doors at its current location in Wilmington in 2018. At the heart of GLOW Academy is a focus on “whole girl” education. We seek to foster the growth of leadership and confidence in our students and build and sustain family support, all while engaging all of our students in a rigorous college preparatory program. GLOW Academy is adding to its EC team of 7 teachers with the addition of a part time Teacher Assistant. We are seeking a professional who is committed to supporting GLOW’s EC students while they are in the general education classroom and pull out setting. The Teacher Assistant position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on practice in supporting the critical work of the exceptional children’s teacher.
