Are you an experienced Architect looking for your next challenge with a progressive and supportive employer with a triple bottom line? (People, Planet, and Purpose) We are seeking a technically experienced, delivery-focused Architect to join our Winchester studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully running projects and leading teams, alongside the ability to mentor and support the development of junior staff.

What you'll bring

• Experience of working autonomously when required, with the right support.
• 5 years post qualified (ARB) experience (minimum) working in a high quality, design and delivery focused practice.
• Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities when communicating with and presenting to clients.
• Ability to balance workload as the role will require you to focus on more than one project at a time.
• Demonstrable experience of collating and organizing technical information, preparing drawings, and documents (technical detailing will be crucial) and report/spec writing.
• Ability to contribute to design stage risk assessment.
• Knowledge in Revit is highly desirable, and the successful candidate will be expected to actively engage with Revit and utilise it to support our BIM processes and wider digital workflows.
