About the role
We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Compton (Winchester) area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you. We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check, 25 days of paid annual holiday, and a pension scheme. You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff including managers and coordinators through our On-Call system, as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate, as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs.
