No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available. Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. What You'll Be Doing • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans • Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals • Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions • Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development Requirements What you'll need • Active BCBA Certification (required) • North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset Benefits Full-time BCBA Benefits • 23 paid days off (15 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays) • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD and Life Insurance plans available • 401(k) with company match • Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans! • 3 week Paid Sabbatical!
