About the role
Under the supervision and support of one or more Senior Inspectors or Construction Supervisors, performs on site construction project inspection for new construction, repair, and rehabilitation projects. Reads and interprets construction and contract documents and may provide oversight on multiple-simultaneous projects. Carefully observes and reports on the work of the General Construction Contractor and its subcontractors to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Construction Contract.
What you'll bring
- Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Requires two (2) years of construction inspection or similar experience.
- Must be willing to complete necessary requirements to become APWA CPII Certified and/or IBC/ICC Certified.
- Requires a valid Texas Driver’s License.
