About the role

The Manager, 3rd-party Pricing & Product, owns day-to-day relationships with 3rd-party suppliers, including hotel providers, rental car companies, and other travel partners, and serves as the primary point of contact for commercial performance discussions. This role leads contract renewals, rate negotiations, and partner performance reviews, while escalating and resolving service or supply issues as needed. The Manager also identifies and evaluates opportunities for new 3rd-party partnerships or product categories that could expand the portfolio. The role develops and continuously optimizes markup and pricing strategy across all 3rd-party product lines to balance conversion, margin, and competitive positioning. This includes analyzing booking, conversion, and revenue performance data to identify pricing opportunities and risks, building and maintaining 3rd-party revenue forecasting models, and reporting performance against targets to leadership. The Manager partners with Revenue Management peers to ensure 3rd-party pricing strategy aligns with broader ancillary and total revenue management goals. The Manager collaborates closely with Technology teams to ensure 3rd-party content, including rates, availability, imagery, and descriptions, displays accurately and effectively across web and app booking flows. This role works with Ecommerce stakeholders on merchandising placement, user experience, and offer presentation throughout the customer journey, while identifying and prioritizing technical issues or enhancement opportunities that affect 3rd-party product display. The Manager supports product development projects as necessary, including partnering with IT and Ecommerce teams to support the technical implementation of 3rd-party products on Allegiant’s website and related digital channels and into the PSS.
