About the role
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow those businesses and the communities that support them. The Marketing Technology team is responsible for building and delivering best-in-class tools, data, and processes so teams at DoorDash can effectively acquire new customers, drive retention, and grow new business lines across all our audiences. Our mission is to enable teams to deliver personalized, engaging, and relevant content across all our owned and paid channels. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate Marketing’s technology needs into measurable business outcomes for our Growth and Performance Marketing teams. We're hiring a Senior Associate, Marketing Technology & Measurement, to be the hands-on builder of the measurement systems that enable our marketing org to move faster and prove impact at scale. With 4+ years of experience, you'll own the measurement foundations – tracking link architecture, postback configurations, and pixel governance across our MMP stack (Singular, Appsflyer), plus paid-media platform integrations (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, TTD, affiliate, and more). But maintaining that infrastructure is the baseline, not the goal. You'll spend much of your time helping build and improve the tooling and automations, including AI-assisted measurement workflows, that make channel and creative teams faster, streamlining how they launch, optimize, and prove impact. You'll partner with senior team members to turn repetitive measurement work into repeatable systems, so the team spends less time on manual setup and more on insight. This is a technical marketer role requiring deep mobile measurement expertise, strong SQL skills, hands-on integration experience, and comfort building AI-enabled workflows. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Measurement within the Growth Marketing organization. Advance Marketing’s measurement capabilities: Continue improving the systems, standards, and workflows that connect campaign activity to business outcomes and help teams make faster, more confident decisions across paid and owned channels.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in marketing technology, performance marketing ops, or growth analytics — with a proven track record of owning end-to-end measurement workstreams.
- Advanced SQL for debugging, reporting, and QA across campaign, event, and spend data in a warehouse environment (Snowflake or equivalent).
- Hands-on MMP experience tracking links, postbacks, app/web attribution, and working knowledge of SKAN and privacy-era iOS measurement.
- Practical event tracking expertise across major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, or Google), pixels, CAPI, custom conversions, postback payloads, and vendor coordination.
- Experience designing and implementing tags, variables, and events in a tag management system (GTM, Adobe Tags, Tealium, or similar), including coordination with media pixels and server-side integrations.
- Strong digital/mobile media fluency UTMs, campaign structure, paid social/programmatic/affiliate channels, and core metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPI, delivery, conversion) used for optimization.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools that marketing teams rely on for daily decisions.
- Strong System architecture awareness: API integrations, data flows, and how MarTech platforms connect across CRM/lifecycle, warehouse, attribution, and campaign systems.
- Familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted workflows: LLM integrations, RAG, marketing copilots, or AI coding tools applied with strong review and testing discipline.
- Experience analyzing digital performance data: by format, placement, and audience — and translating findings into optimization recommendations for creative and channel teams.
- We expect this position to be filled by 8/18/26.
