We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer with a proven track record in Dubai real estate , particularly in off-plan property lead generation . This is a remote freelance position requiring a data-driven professional who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns while working closely with sales and creative teams.

What you'll bring

• Google Ads
• 3–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off-plan property projects.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified international real estate leads.
• Meta Ads Manager
• YouTube Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality while maintaining target CPL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
