About the role
The Marketing & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility, reputation, and revenue of the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn, The Club Tavern & Grill, and the GranTree Casino. This position serves as the property's brand ambassador by creating engaging digital content, building community partnerships, promoting hotel events and amenities, and driving guest engagement across all marketing channels. This individual works closely with all departments to showcase the guest experience, increase local awareness, support revenue-generating initiatives, and strengthen the property's position within the Bozeman market. What you'll bring
- Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong photography, videography and content creation skills.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with website content management systems.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
