Melton Electric is hiring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in Houston, Texas. We're looking for motivated professionals who want to manage challenging electrical construction projects while working alongside an experienced team. Whether you're an Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step or an experienced Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What you'll bring
- Assistant Project Manager: 2+ years of experience supporting electrical construction projects
- Project Manager: 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and follows through
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar construction software is preferred
