AECOM Hunt is hiring a Construction Project Manager to help manage and deliver large out-of-the-ground high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance in South Florida. You will coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities, lead subcontractor teams, manage risk, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll bring
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of construction management experience on large construction sites or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience.
- High-rise construction experience.
- Experience with construction scheduling and project controls (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of CMAR.
- Experience with contract administration
- Experience delivering large construction and building programs.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and digital field management platforms,
- Procore, CMIC or other construction project software experience.
- Florida market experience with Miami‑Dade AHJs, utilities, inspections, hurricane/wind design considerations, and coastal logistics.
- Familiarity with urban site constraints (street closures, deliveries, community relations).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
