About the role

Lunacon Construction Group is expanding our federal portfolio, and we are seeking a high-performing Project Manager with strong scheduling, logistics, and multi-trade coordination experience.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on construction experience with federal or government contracts.
• Experience working in secured federal facilities with an understanding of building security requirements.
• Strong background in logistics planning, multi-trade coordination, and field sequencing.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve in the field and office.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and accountability.

• PMP certification preferred.
