- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing construction or capital improvement projects with Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required
- A/E and Construction GMP Contract formatting, negotiations and management.
- NYC Agency experience a plus.
