About the role
We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects in our growing New York office, located in Tribeca. This senior-level role is ideal for an engineer ready to take full ownership of project delivery, strengthen and expand client relationships, and help drive the continued growth of our practice. At KPFF, you’ll manage diverse projects from start to finish, mentor a talented team, and play an active role in developing new business, all while leveraging KPFF’s strong reputation in the AEC industry. As you grow with us, you’ll also have opportunities to pursue pathways to ownership, reflecting our commitment to rewarding leadership and long-term contributions. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the office three days a week for client meetings, collaboration, and professional development. While we offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position. For a Project Manager, in-person time is especially important for building client trust, mentoring staff, and strengthening team relationships.
What you'll bring

- PE license
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a proven track record managing site development and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including client relationship management and securing new work.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in the New York office for at least three days to participate in client meetings, team collaboration, and professional development.
