About the role
Western Home Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to be part of our internal staffing pool. You will be willing to work in a team environment You will be reliable and attend scheduled shifts
What you'll bring
- Must be able to travel to Cedar Falls locations, Creekside in Grundy Center, Parkview in Reinbeck, and Grand JiVante in Ackley.
- And other future locations of WHC.
- Full-time employees must work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts a month OR choose an on-call weekend
- Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts a month or choose an on-call weekend
- Must work 2 self-scheduled holidays
- A positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Must possess a current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
