This position is ideal for an RN seeking a PRN, Part-Time, or On-Call opportunity providing in-home hospice care.
What you'll bring
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of hospice experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and reside in the San Antonio area.
- We are looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical expertise with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Current and unrestricted Texas RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Experience with pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life care
- Proficient with electronic documentation systems, including Axxess or other hospice EMR platforms
- Comfortable using email, Slack, and other communication platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professional
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
