Credence has an immediate need for a Principal Technical Manager at Robins AFB, GA. The Principal Technical Manager shall support the assigned IPT and is responsible for the systems engineering activities for the assigned program or product. Relevant experience includes duties related to: AF LCM of weapon systems or weapon system products, identifying technical requirements and deliverables for weapon systems, and validating and verifying product deliveries to ensure adherence of the product to identified requirements. Familiarity with systems engineering concepts and AF LCM processes is required. Broad knowledge of weapon systems operational procedures, techniques, climatic and environmental factors that impact fielded performance is required. Knowledge of regulations, policies, and operating instructions as they pertain to the preparation of technical documents, technical data, and systems engineering execution is required.

• Familiarity with systems engineering concepts and AF LCM processes is required.
• Broad knowledge of weapon systems operational procedures, techniques, climatic and environmental factors that impact fielded performance is required.
• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and operating instructions as they pertain to the preparation of technical documents, technical data, and systems engineering execution is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Master’s or doctorate degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD
• Or, bachelor’s degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD
• Or, 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 20 years of which must be in the DoD.
• Experience managing technical processes related to DoD LCM activities is required (CM, risk management, technical DM, integrity programs, quality management, performance improvement programs, requirements management, or other systems engineering processes)
