The primary focus of this role is managing the relationship between ALLO and the client to foster a seamless and successful partnership. This is an in office position in Mission, KS. What you'll bring
- Proactively translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and provide analytical problem resolution using an expert-level knowledge of ALLO's products.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS preferred or Formal Technical education
