About the role
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to provide technical support for our manufacturing facilities. This role leads process improvements through engineering methods and data analysis, manages capital projects and equipment upgrades, and supports manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include coordinating work with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders and serving as the technical lead for process equipment and operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience in heavy industrial or process environments, and proficiency in basic engineering design calculations. What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree.
- 5+ years experience in process or industrial environment.
- Process knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent computer hardware and software applications knowledge

- Effective use of process automation tools.
- Must be able to travel up to 30% and work within one of the plant facilities.
